Welcome to Sugaring Waxing Ocala. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services and the purchase of our products. By booking an appointment, purchasing a product, or otherwise engaging with our business, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Sugaring Waxing Ocala offers skin care treatments, body sugaring services, and cosmetic product sales. All services are provided by trained and licensed professionals in accordance with applicable Florida laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any individual for reasons including, but not limited to, inappropriate behavior, medical contraindications, safety concerns, or non-compliance with these Terms.

Booking: Clients must provide accurate and complete information when booking services.

Consent: Certain services may require the completion and signing of a Service Consent Form prior to treatment.

Arrival: Clients may arrive up to 10 minutes late for their appointment. After this period, the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled at the discretion of Sugaring Waxing Ocala. Please arrive on time to ensure the best possible experience.

Payments: Full payment is required at the time of service or product purchase.
Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for services rendered. Unopened products may be eligible for exchange within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Clients must disclose all known allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, medications, or relevant health information prior to receiving services. Failure to provide accurate information may result in adverse reactions or outcomes, for which Sugaring Waxing Ocala shall not be held liable.

By using our services or purchasing our products, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sugaring Waxing Ocala, Botanical Organic Skin Care LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from treatments or products provided, except where prohibited by law.

For the safety and security of our clients, staff, and property, Sugaring Waxing Ocala utilizes video surveillance cameras in public and common areas of the premises. These cameras are used solely for security, safety, and loss prevention purposes.

No cameras are installed in private areas such as treatment rooms, restrooms, or changing areas where privacy is reasonably expected.

By entering the premises, you acknowledge and consent to the use of video surveillance in accordance with applicable Florida laws.

Clients acknowledge and understand that all skin care, body sugaring, and cosmetic treatments involve inherent risks. These may include, but are not limited to, temporary redness, irritation, swelling, sensitivity, allergic reactions, bruising, discomfort, or other skin responses.

Results and reactions may vary depending on individual skin type, health conditions, medications, hormonal changes, and adherence to pre- and post-treatment care instructions.

By receiving services from Sugaring Waxing Ocala, clients voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks associated with such treatments and agree that Sugaring Waxing Ocala shall not be held liable for adverse reactions when proper professional standards and protocols are followed, except where prohibited by law.

Sugaring Waxing Ocala does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from any service or product. Individual results may vary, and no representations or warranties are made regarding effectiveness or suitability for a particular purpose.

Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful, appropriate, and professional manner at all times while on the premises of Sugaring Waxing Ocala.

Any behavior that is disruptive, inappropriate, abusive, discriminatory, sexually suggestive, threatening, or unsafe will result in immediate termination of services without refund and may lead to refusal of future services.

Sugaring Waxing Ocala reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services to any individual whose conduct compromises the safety, comfort, or well-being of staff or other clients.

All content, branding, logos, text, images, and marketing materials associated with Sugaring Waxing Ocala are the intellectual property of the business and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

Sugaring Waxing Ocala shall not be held liable for any delay, interruption, or failure to provide services or products due to events beyond its reasonable control. Such events may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, acts of God, power outages, fire, flooding, severe weather, pandemics, government orders, labor disputes, or other emergencies.

In such circumstances, Sugaring Waxing Ocala reserves the right to reschedule appointments or temporarily suspend services without liability.

Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments (no-shows) may be subject to a cancellation or no-show fee, at the discretion of Sugaring Waxing Ocala.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in required prepayment for future appointments or refusal of future bookings.

Sugaring Waxing Ocala reserves the right to modify or enforce cancellation policies as necessary to ensure fairness and availability for all clients.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within the State of Florida.

Sugaring Waxing Ocala reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website or made available in-store. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
